As MOP comes, there are many new things in New Patch. Bloody Coin is a one of them. Bloody Coins are a currency acquired via world PVP on the Timeless Isle.

Bloody Coins can only be acquired while affected by the buff from Censer of Eternal Agony or Fire-Watcher's Oath. When you do Bloody Coins, you will get some items. The Bloody Coins required to purchase this mounts are obtained by a special form of PVP on the Timeless Isle. Players may be killed by flagged players of either faction.
